Mallorn Design & Build is a family-run business set up by two sisters and their cousin all of which have a passion for property design and construction. Based in Wimbledon and covering Greater London and surrounding areas, we are experts at designing and building commercial and residential properties.

Mallorn’s philosophy is to find ways to help our clients create beautiful and practical spaces that meet their unique circumstances and needs.

At Mallorn Design and Build, we believe that one of the unique aspects of our service is that two of the founding members have qualifications and previous careers in human behaviour and psychology.  At Mallorn, we believe this makes us unique in forming a deeper understanding of what our clients need and how we can help them achieve it. We appreciate that the building and renovation process can be stressful and therefore we pride ourselves on providing a personalised service throughout the journey.  Whether a client is worried about the impact of a build or renovation on their family life; a child with special needs; a nervous pet, or they simply have had a bad experience in the past, we will work with them to re-assure them and help them understand the process throughout the project duration.

Whether a client’s project is a residential home or commercial space, Mallorn Design can offer an end to end service from sourcing land or property, design conception, spatial planning, providing 3D visuals, sourcing unique pieces or styling a small or large space.  

 

​Mallorn Build Services

To complement our design services, Mallorn Build offer a full range of construction services.  Whether commercial or residential, our services include: construction of new builds properties , heritage and building renovations, attic, loft, first and second story extensions and basement conversions.  We work closely in collaboration with architects, local planning officers and building controls from design through to completion.  All work is completed to a very high standard and is indemnified.

 

We employ quality tradesmen including plumbers, electricians, plasterers, tilers, painters and decorators as well as joiners and carpenters who are able to create the perfect fitted or bespoke furniture.  We are an equal opportunities firm who encourage and support the development of minorities and females in all aspects of construction.

Finally, we are also able to provide our clients with full maintenance and remedial services from roofs and guttering through to foundations.  All work is carried out by certified professionals with years of experience.
