Meet The Team
Johanna has run her own operations management company, Scot Baker Events for the exhibition industry for the last 25 years. She has worked on a number of high profile events including, but not limited to:

Royal Events: The Queen’s Coronation Festival at Buckingham Palace.

International Shows: COP 2

Trade shows: IFE, HRC, Hotelympia, The Independent Hotel Show, Aidex, Surface Design, IBC in Amsterdam

Public Events: Star Trek Convention, The Great British Sewing Bee, Country Living Fair, BBC Good Food Show, Toy product launch at London Zoo.
Key services have included providing Health and Safety provisions as well as event production management such as feature and stand build, exhibitor liaison, stage production, set build, traffic management and security management.
In addition, Johanna has built an extensive property portfolio including new builds and renovations.
Julia spent 30 years working for JP Morgan in the Human Resources department located in both London and Asia. Over the last 10 years she was based in Hong Kong working as a Managing Director on the Asia HR Management Team. Key experience included but not limited to:

Business Manager across 14 countries in Asia (excluding India and the Philippines)

Project management – Opening the China and New Zealand offices. Various M&A deals. Organisation and change management projects including performance management and skills development.

Advocate for diversity and HR lead for Asia Culture and Conduct.

Head of the European Recruitment Centre for the Infrastructure groups.

Created and led the set up of the first state of the art Wellness Centre in the JP Morgan offices in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong.
Julia is also an interior designer who over the last ten years has built up her own property portfolio.
Julia is a graduate of the Interior Design Institute.
